Standard Cancellation and Refund Schedule
More than 72 Hours Prior to Charter
Qualifies for: Complete refund minus transaction fees
Processing Duration: 5-7 working days
Transaction Fee: €50 for credit card payments
Prerequisites: Request must be made in written form through email or telephone
24-72 Hours Before Charter
Qualifies for: Half of the full cost of the charter
Processing Duration: 7-10 working days
Transaction Fee: €25 subtracted from the refunded amount
Prerequisites: A valid reason is needed; administrative charges will apply
Less than 24 Hours Before Charter
Qualifies for: No reimbursement is obtainable
Exception: Cases of emergency may be taken into account
Alternate Option: A charter credit might be provided at the discretion of the management
Prerequisites: Documentation is necessary for emergency claims
Weather-Related Cancellations
Our Commitment to Weather Safety
Your safety is paramount. If our certified captain determines that the weather is unsafe for charter operations, we offer the following flexible alternatives:
- Complete Refund: If rescheduling isn’t an option, a 100% refund will be provided
- Reschedule Option: You can move your charter to another available date with no added fee
- Charter Credit: We provide a voucher valid for one year from the initial charter date
Procedure for Weather Evaluation
Our procedure for assessing weather conditions includes:
- Evaluating wind speeds and directions
- Checking the wave heights and sea state
- Forecast scrutiny for visibility and precipitation
- Heeding Coast Guard advisories and alerts
- Expert captain's evaluation for safety
Timeline for Decision: We make decisions on weather cancellations at least 4 hours ahead of the planned departure.
Medical Emergency Refunds
Special Consideration Situations
We understand that medical emergencies can be unforeseen. Such incidents may warrant particular consideration:
- Unanticipated ailment or harm necessitating hospital admission
- Passing of a close family member
- Call to military duty or urgent recall
- Compulsory jury service or legal directive
- Natural calamities hinder travel
Requirements for Documentation
To facilitate emergency refund requests, we require:
- Official medical certificate or hospital reports
- Coroner's report when relevant
- Military orders for duty
- Court summons or notice for jury service
- Emergency proclamations or travel warnings
Procedure: We process emergency refunds within 3-5 working days after receiving the necessary documentation.
Cancellations due to Operational Reasons
Mechanical Failures
If the vessel allocated to you encounters unfixable mechanical issues:
- Alternate Vessel: We will attempt to arrange a similar substitute
- Complete Refund: Granted if we cannot provide a suitable alternative
- Partial Refund: If the substitute vessel differs in price
- Compensation: We may offer extra reparation for the inconvenience
Unavailability of Crew
On the infrequent occasion that a certified crew is not available:
- When possible, a replacement crew will be sourced
- Full refund if the charter is unable to proceed
- Option to reschedule at no extra cost

Original Methods of Payment
We carry out all refunds through the original payment method utilized for the booking:
- Credit Card Payments: 5-7 business days
- Direct Bank Transfers: 7-10 business days
- Cash/Check Transactions: 3-5 business days
Fee Structures for Processing
Credit Card Transactions
A €50 charge for cancellations occurring more than 72 hours beforehand
Processing for Bank Transfers
A €25 charge for all refunds via bank transfer
International Transaction Handling
Additional charges may be applied for international operations
Policy on Charter Credits
Instances for Offering Credits
In certain situations, charter credits may be presented instead of refunds:
- Late cancelations (under 24 hours prior)
- Cancellations related to adverse weather
- Requests for voluntary rescheduling
- Interruptions due to operational factors
Terms for Credits
- Validity Period: Credits are valid for one year from the date of issue
- Non-Transferable: Credits cannot be transferred to others
- Value: The credit encompasses the full value of the charter without deduction of processing charges
- Usage: Applicable towards any upcoming available charter
- No Extension: Credits cannot be extended beyond the one-year period
Reimbursements for Partial Services
Interruptions to Service
In the event your charter is discontinued or cut short by a factor within our power:
- Refund calculated on the basis of unused time
- A voucher for a future charter of equal worth
- Complimentary services or potential upgrades
Discontinuation by Guests
Should a charter conclude prematurely due to behavior or violations of safety by the guests:
- No reimbursement for the time left unused
- Full payment is still obliged
- Incidental charges may be incurred
Settling Refund Disputes
In cases where you dispute our decision regarding a refund, you have the option to:
- Ask for a reassessment by our management
- Submit further evidence or documents
- Engage consumer protection entities for a resolution
- Pursue legal channels as determined by law

Second Step: Provide Necessary Details
Ensure to provide the following for your refund application:
- The confirmation code for the booking
- Date and time originally set for the charter
- Reason for aborting the charter
- Any pertinent documents (if needed)
- Your preferred method to receive the refund
Third Step: Reviewing and Processing
Our team will acknowledge your claim within a day, evaluate it per our policy, decide inside two days, and, if approved, will proceed with the refund as per our given timeframes.

- All requests for refunds must be issued in written form
- Refunds are executed in €, regardless of the currency used originally for payment
- We highly recommend procuring travel insurance
- This policy may be revised with a notice period of 30 days
- Refunds are subject to taxes and prevailing regulations
